BRADFORD COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) -- A man in Bradford County, already in prison for murdering two people in Ocala, has just been indicted for the murder of a fellow inmate.

Leo Boatman along with another inmate will be prosecuted in the death of William Chapman. The incident happened in July at The Florida State Prison.

Boatman pleaded guilty for killing two Santa Fe College students in 2006.

In exchange for the guilty plea, the state attorney's office agreed to not seek the death penalty. State Attorney Bill Cervone tells us that they will seek it this time.
