Regional General Hospital owners owes nearly a million in taxes

WILLISTON, Fla. (WCJB)-- The people who run Regional General Hospital in Williston owe nearly $1million in taxes.
Clerk of court records shows a federal tax lien against Regional Health Partners for more than $560,000 and a state tax lien for another $1,000.00. County tax records show they owe levy county $380,000 in back taxes.

Records also show on January 11th a circuit judge ruled the hospital owes more than $100,000 to laboratory instrument manufacturer Beckman Colter.
In addition physicians, assistant doctor Jessica Gomillion has filed suit against Regional Health and owner Jorge Perez for not paying her wages and for firing her when she complained.
Perez did not return our calls for comment.
