Lula "Monk" Delancey, 63, owns the home and has also been charged in connection with what detectives are calling a "fencing operation". Investigators believe the thieves were using a home on Northwest 2nd Street to re-sell stolen items

When Police arrived to arrest the pair, they found a large number of drugs and cash, as well as four guns.

Jackson and Delancey are being held at the Marion County Jail. Delancey posted bond Wednesday afternoon.
