HOLLYWOOD, Ca. (ABC) - Actor Tom Wopat pleaded not guilty Thursday to groping a female cast member.

Wopat, who played Luke Duke on the television show "Dukes of Hazard", was arraigned in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he was supposed to appear in the musical "42nd street."

He was arraigned on charges of indecent assault and battery and drug possession.
Justin Bieber has apologized to fans on Instagram for canceling his concert tour last month.

The singer says he quote "let bitterness, jealousy and fear run my life." so he took a time out to make his life more "sustainable."

Last month, Bieber accidentally struck a photographer with his pickup truck in Beverly Hills.

Police said Thursday that he will not be charged in that crash.
Robert Hardy, who played minister of magic in the harry potter movies has died. He was 91.
Staying with the Hogwarts Express, a big boost for the upcoming Broadway premiere of "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child."

The lead actors of the acclaimed London production will be starring on Broadway.

Previews begin in New York in March.
