Baby Jane Doe, sixteen years later

Investigators with the Alachua County Sheriff's Office are still looking for answers in the 16-year-old case of a baby who was found dead in a pond.
Baby Jane Doe's body was found floating in a private pond at the end of Northwest 102nd Place. That's a dirt road that runs east about a half-mile off of State Road 121.
Through DNA technology, Baby Jane was determined to be a black female whose parents were most likely of Caribbean descent.
Anyone who may know something about what happened to this baby is asked to call Alachua County Sheriff's Office.
