Survey ranks Ocala as one of the top manufacturing cities in the country

A survey by business insurance company "advisor smith" found Ocala is one of the top cities in the country where manufacturing is thriving.

Ocala checked in at number 27 for mid-size cities and number 55 among all 318 cities.

They considered four factors, including manufacturing output growth rate and manufacturing employment growth rate.

Gainesville ranked number 89 among mid-sized cities and number 198 among all cities
