Fla. (WCJB) -- China says it will raise tariffs on roughly $60 billion dollars worth of U.S. imports as retaliation for president Trump's move to allow increased tariffs on Chinese goods.
The president insists China will pay --- but American companies are the ones on the hook, and they usually pass those costs onto consumers.
