WILLISTON, Fla. (WCJB) -- In the past month, TV 20 has reported the owner of Regional General Hospital has been mounting debt from nearly $1 million in back taxes and missed payroll.

The latest lawsuit against the Williston hospital claims the owner hasn't paid almost $35,000 for medical supplies.

Last Wednesday, Instrumentation Laboratory Company of Massachusetts filed suit in a Levy County court, claiming Regional General hadn't paid invoices dating from December 2017 to February 2018.

The company is demanding the cost of the medical supplies plus interest and court costs.

Regional General is also being sued by a doctor who says she was not paid and then fired for complaining about it.
