OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - Fresh off a Hepatitis A scare, a fast food restaurant in Marion County is dealing with more health-related issues.

Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation records obtained by TV20 show the Zaxby's on State Road 200 was temporarily closed last week for health code violations.

An inspection turned up five high-priority and four other violations last Tuesday.

Among other things, the inspector food was not in a wholesome, sound condition.

After a second inspection, the store was re-opened that day.
